Biography

Thri Heni Utami Radiman

Thri Heni Utami Radiman is a marine conservation professional with extensive experience in Marine Protected Area (MPA) management in Indonesia. She serves as an Associate Expert on Marine and Coastal Ecosystems and currently leads the Partnership and Data Information Team at the Agency of National MPAs in Kupang, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Republic of Indonesia. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and has contributed to the governance of National MPAs across eastern Indonesia. Her expertise covers marine conservation, marine spatial planning, community engagement, and sustainable ocean governance.
