Biography
I am an indigenous Kichwa woman from the town of Santa Clara, Ecuador. I trained as a biologist at the Amazonian State University and currently hold a master's degree in Political Ecology and Development Alternatives from the Simón Bolívar Andean University, Quito campus. My career combines scientific research with the territorial and cultural defense of my community, articulating ancestral and academic knowledge to propose alternatives for life in the face of socio-environmental challenges. My commitment is to contribute from science and the indigenous worldview to the construction of a just and sustainable future.)
