Alessandra Yupanqui is a content creator, Andean activist, TEDx speaker, and storyteller. Recognized in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, she is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Sapiens, a media outlet focused on sustainability.

Her work is dedicated to uplifting the immense value of Andean Indigenous culture—not as something stuck in the past, but as a living and modern culture with so much to offer in a present as complex and urgent as ours. She firmly believes that communication holds the extraordinary power to shape culture.

She has led and collaborated on content campaigns with organizations such as the United Nations’ World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Rainforest US, Amazon Watch, Oxfam, and the Pulitzer Center.
