Demi is a zoo professional specialising in animal welfare, enrichment, and positive reinforcement training. Passionate about endangered species, she has led the creation of innovative Animal Welfare and Behavioural Husbandry programs that support species-specific behaviours and enhance well-being. Demi champions evidence-based welfare practices, combining science, compassion, and creativity to improve the lives of animals in human care while inspiring and empowering the professionals who care for them.
