Hariliva Rasoanarivo

Biography

Hariliva Rasoanarivo is the Executive Director of the Tany Meva Foundation in Madagascar. Tany Meva is an environmental foundation created in 1996 with a mission to mobilize and manage funds for the sustainable management of natural resources. 

Hariliva Rasoanarivo is an Environmental Geographer who graduated from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar and the Graduate Institute of International Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He joined Tany Meva Foundation on January 2023.

During his 25 years of professional experience within International Development Cooperation such as the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), UNDP, JICA, Swiss Cooperation and USAID, he specialized in project management, institutional development and development aid management. 

Following these various roles, Hariliva Rasoanarivo has continued to build on these experiences to produce capitalization documents, models and tools used at national and international level.
