Carly COWELL

Biography

A qualified and experienced botanical horticulturalist and a plant conservation scientist with a PhD. Having worked in different sectors including research, operations and policy, my experience spans multiple sectors including botanic gardens, protected areas, ecological restoration, seed conservation, wildlife trade and plant health and climate change adaptation. I have vast experience working in a multidisciplinary environment with matrix organisations and a range of stakeholders from academic and corporate to local communities.
