Oussama BOUOUAROUR

Biography

Oussama BOUOUAROUR is a doctor specializing in marine & coastal ecology and biodiversity. He has been committed to environmental education and advocacy for over 12 years. He works as an environmental consultant expert with various partners at local and regional levels. 

His experience working with civil society organizations, particularly as a project and partnership manager, has strengthened his ability to manage teams, train volunteers, and design innovative educational tools. His approach integrates strategic communication and climate awareness, with a focus on youth education and community mobilization.

Involved in international conservation networks (IUCN, ASLO, YESS), he actively contributes to the development of environmental policies and the promotion of intergenerational partnerships. As co-founder of youth initiatives, he works to strengthen citizen engagement in favor of biodiversity.
