Gaetan Quesne

Biography

I have a diploma in International Agro-economics Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management in Developing Countries. I am specialised in project and program planning and implementation, and their monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on natural resources management. 

During the 20 last years, I have managed outstanding work for the GEF, various Development Banks, UN Agencies, Multilateral Environment Agreements Secretariat and Bilateral Development Partners as lead evaluator, team leader or technical expert. I was previously in charge of the administrative, technical and financial management of development projects and programs for the AFD and the FFEM. 

Fluent in French and English, and with an advanced level in Spanish, I have worked in most West African countries, various East, Central and Southern African, Mediterranean and Central American countries.
