Biography
Toni Chalah is an animal physiology specialist with a focus on avian biology and reproductive physiology. With over 25 years of experience in bird conservation and breeding, he has actively contributed to initiatives that integrate hands-on wildlife management with scientific research. Passionate about empowering talents for nature conservation and environmental sustainability, Toni leads the capability and competency development division at Ekthar, where he works to inspire the next generation of conservationists through university partnerships, structured internships, and a dedicated Vocational Training Center, fostering practical skills and a strong conservation mindset.
