Olga SHKABARDNYA

General Director of the non-profit organization “Energy for Development”, Head of CSR and Internal Communications at the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom". She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of National University of Oil and Gas «Gubkin University».

From 2012 to 2016, she worked on developing communications, corporate culture, organizing events, and implementing social projects at Lukoil Overseas, and since 2013 in the company’s corporate center in Dubai. Since 2016, she has been working in the Project Office for Internal Communications and CSR at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", responsible for the development of CSR and volunteer projects. Since 2022, she has been the General Director of the industry organization for the development of social and volunteer initiatives – “Energy for Development”.

Awards: Winner of Rosatom’s “Person of the Year” recognition program, industry award “For the Development of Volunteering in the Nuclear Sector”, and a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for her contribution to the development of the National Association of Volunteer Centers and the volunteer movement in Russia.
