Session Description
The "management effectiveness evaluation" has always been a highly valued theme for IUCN in its various forums. In this sense, engaging participants in a session of the SIMGe game – the “Management Simulator” – emerges as an interesting strategy to highlight the Management Analysis and Monitoring System (SAMGe) as a tool for information systematization and planning. This is achieved through a playful, gamified practice of management.Partners
