Description de la séance
This 60-minute in-person session combines concise presentations with interactive group work. Participantswill be introduced to key elements of effective service-learning—including youth engagement, equity, and impact measurement—based on the Canadian Conservation Corps and WILD Outside. Case studies will be followed by a hands-on activity where participants begin shaping their own service-learning framework
using provided templates and tools. Flipcharts, handouts, and physical mapping tools will support collaboration. The format ensures a balance of learning and doing, enabling attendees to leave with actionable insights, program ideas, and a strengthened sense of how service learning can advance local conservation priorities.
