Daniela PICCO

Daniela Picco is the Executive Director of the MSC Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the MSC Group, a role she has held since 2019. She works with the family-led Board to advance its mission of restoring the balance between people and nature within a generation and oversees programmes in marine conservation, community support, education, and emergency relief.
She joined the MSC Group in 2004, gaining senior executive experience at MSC Cruises, including managing its partnerships with non-profit organisations and fundraising campaigns for humanitarian and development initiatives. This experience informed the decision to establish the Foundation, in which she played a pivotal role.
Daniela has been recognised for her professional and philanthropic contributions, including as Honorary Ambassador of Genoa (Italy) and the Principality of Monaco.
