Biographie


Carlo Angeles is a professional with extensive experience in research, partnership development, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement for sustainable development. With over a decade of work in international development, advocacy, and environmental and climate public policy, he has led high-impact initiatives across Latin America and globally. Carlo has held influential roles in various international organizations such as the World Economic Forum and the Andean Parliament, where he co-authored key public policy recommendations, including the Andean Parliament’s Amazon Report that led to the declaration of an international emergency. His work has been recognized with multiple international awards, and he continues to contribute to global debates on sustainable development through his professional and voluntary commitments.

He currently serves as Director of Impact at C Minds and as a Yale Three Cairns Fellow in the Climate Urban Leadership Program.
