Tamer Saber Ismail is an environmental professional with extensive expertise in remote sensing, GIS, and environmental impact assessment. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from Tour du Valat, France, and has over two decades of experience in environmental management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development. Dr. Ismail has served in senior roles at the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency, leading biosphere reserve management, ecotourism initiatives, and international collaborations. He has also worked as a geomatics specialist and GIS expert in the Middle East, providing innovative geospatial solutions and training. Currently, he is Director of the Environmental Studies Department in Riyadh, where he focuses on research, policy impact, and academic leadership.
