Descripción de la sesión

This interactive session, “From Nature to Future: Arab Youth Driving Climate Solutions,” brings together six young leaders from across the Arab region to highlight how youth are transforming local climate and nature challenges into innovative solutions. The panel features diverse voices: green entrepreneurship from Palestine, disaster risk reduction from Yemen, biodiversity research and gender advocacy from Morocco, policy experience from Sudan, sustainable energy collaboration from Lebanon, and grassroots climate mobilization from Syria. Through storytelling and dialogue, participants will showcase youth-led initiatives in resilience building, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, and policy advocacy. Moderated by Farah Al-Assad, the session emphasizes lived experiences and regional narratives that connect to IUCN’s themes of resilience, equity, and nature-positive futures. The audience will actively engage through dialogue and participatory tools to co-create a set of youth-driven recommendations, contributing to the Youth Pavilion’s collective roadmap and fostering global partnerships for climate action.
