The launch of the IUCN National Committee Philippines will bring together eight IUCN Member organizations committed to advancing the country’s conservation agenda through strategic collaboration. Each member will present initiatives in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem management, climate resilience, and community engagement. The Committee will endorse a collective commitment to strengthen coordination and pursue joint action on urgent environmental challenges. Serving as a central platform, it will promote inclusive conservation with a focus on equity and sustainability, while amplifying local voices and contributing national perspectives within the global IUCN network. This initiative targets IUCN Members, National Committees, and Congress participants to foster cooperation and shared commitment.Speaker
